So instead of staying at home, why not make the most of your time with the kids with an October half term caravan holiday here at Lyons? With blockbuster entertainment, frighteningly good facilities and picturesque locations, there’s plenty of reasons to stay at Lyons.
As always, the October half term holidays will differ depending on which school and/or region you’re located in, so please make sure you check with your school before you book. But as a rough guide you can expect the following dates for your region:

Robin Hood
Our famous flagship park in Rhyl has a plethora of facilities and comes alive during the nights of Halloween.
Sunnysands
The all-action park in the beautiful Barmouth has a jampacked roster of entertainment during the Autumn months.
Winkups
There’s plenty going on in Towyn during the Autumn season, and at Winkups you’re right at the heart of it all.
Oakfield
Slightly quieter park than the rest, but still plenty going on is Oakfield. The best of both worlds!
Pitch up instead!
You can also pitch up at many of our camping and touring caravan sites, with many being open until the 31st of October or later!
Tyddyn Goronwy
Our exclusive touring and camping park in Barmouth equipped with camping pods is available up until the 31st of October
Pendyffryn Hall
Our touring and camping site situated beneath the Pendyffryn Mountains is also open until the 31st of October.
St Mary's
Situated just outside Prestatyn with a fishing lake on site, St Mary’s is open right up until the 31st of October.
Moelfre View
Another one of our parks in Barmouth is Moelfre View which is open all the way up until the 7th of January.

A halloween half term to remeber
Eerie Entertainment
There’s plenty of entertainment here at Lyons Holiday Parks during the Autumn season. We have. This October half term is set to be the best yet with the launch of our brand new Halloween production show; Madhouse. We also have our regular entertainment schedule including a spooky themed Beach Buddies Spotlight where you’ll get to meet the creepier than usual beach buddies and of course, we see the return of Fright Night, our Halloween themed party night which includes shows, gameshows, best dressed table and fancy dress competitions!
Alarming activities
This year is set to be the best ever at Lyons for activities. It see’s the launch of some brand new activities including Teddy Tastic – where you’ll get to stuff you’re own teddy, dress and decorate it and then take your new friend home. We’ll also have our usual activities as well as some brand new Halloween themed activities such as pumpkin carving, Halloween arts and crafts, and our brand new Slime Making where you can come along and make your own slimey creations!
