Situated in the quaint town of Ruthin at the heart of the Clwydian Range is our 19th century Woodlands Hall Hotel. Dating back to 1870 when it was first built, this building, like many of the buildings in Ruthin boasts a rich history, with elegant wood carvings throughout and a delightful black-and-white revival facade on the exterior. The former country club has been revamped to it’s former glory and now offers 6 luxurious rooms to stay in as you take in the picturesque views amidst this area of outstanding natural beauty.

The grand hotel of Woodlands Hall is adorned with ancient features from its illustrious past, and you can see many of these grand features in the bedrooms from artistically crafted wooden mantlepieces to exposed oak beams, maintaining the character of the building throughout. Each of the rooms include bed linen and flat screen TV’s

You can also take part in a range of activities that we have on park. There’s an adventure playground for the little ones to enjoy and we also have a tennis court and outdoor table tennis unit too. Upstairs we have a pool room and we have regular activities such as arts and crafts that are available too.

What is the cancellation policy?
It may be necessary to cancel your holiday due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. Please note that if you have made a newspaper promotional booking and you choose to cancel your holiday no refund will be made.
As soon as you know you need to cancel, call the park directly or confirm the cancellation in writing to Bookings Department, Lyons Holiday Parks Head Office, Coast Road, Rhyl, LL18 3UU. The letter must be signed by the person who made the booking (lead guest). Cancellation charges are calculated as follows from the date your written instructions are received.

If you have not arrived by 9am on the morning after your holiday was due to commence or contacted the Park concerned to confirm when you will arrive, except in exceptional circumstances, we will assume that the break is cancelled and the total holiday cost will be charged.

Is parking included?
Complimentary parking is available for all guests at our holiday parks. While some caravans and lodges have designated parking directly outside, this is not always guaranteed. Nevertheless, ample parking bays are conveniently located throughout our parks, ensuring a short and easy walk to your accommodation.
What time is check in?
Check in time is between 2-4 pm and is dependent on what accommodation you have booked. Early check in is available for an extra fee of £20 when you call the park directly. You can find your parks direct number on the contact us page.
