Group Holiday Sales Manager

Description

• Managing a large number of holiday sales accommodation units across the group. • Ensuring each unit is well presented and cleaned to the very high standards expected. • Leading a team of reception staff who will provide an exceptional level of customer service to all guests along with a number of holiday sales cleaners whose mission is to maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness. • Liaise with the Marketing team to explore a number of new channels whilst maintaining and even increasing exposure in current areas. • Present regular reports and analysis to the board which contain YTD actuals along with forecasted results for the year ahead. • Maintain the safety certification for each holiday sales unit and ensure all are compliant and safe for guests to use. • Offer suggestions to improve park services to ensure guests are provided with the highest standards possible.
