How do I buy a new or used holiday home with Lyons?

Once you’ve found the right park for you – and believe us, there’s many to choose from! – you can contact the sales team directly to find out more about how you go about browsing our range of models. When you call one of our friendly sales counsellors, they will ask you some questions to ensure all your needs are met and to make sure we’re looking in the right direction for you. It’s during this call that you should specify what it is you’re after – number of bedrooms, central heating and double-glazing etc.

Does Lyons accept new and used models?

Yes, of course! We’re proud at Lyons Holiday Parks that we cater to a variety of families – those who love to spend weeks on end in a luxury holiday home, or those who would prefer a used model as a general base to dash to every weekend before exploring the beach and countryside.

Our site fees remain the same, no matter how old the caravan – but do bear in mind that there is a 20 year age limit for holiday homes in all of our parks. For example, if in 2021 you purchase a 2011 ABI Horizon, you will be able to keep it on-park until 2031, so for 10 years. If you purchase a brand new 2021 model today, you’ll have 20 long years to enjoy on-park. This is subject to the discretion of the park manager, however, and we will always offer you a chance to upgrade at an appropriate price.

How do I know if I can afford a new unit?
