A family guide to events around Prestatyn and Towyn this Halloween!

If you are here with us in North Wales for the fright-fest that is Halloween this year, we have plenty for you to do in and around our family-friendly holiday parks! Find out what’s happening near our caravan holidays, Towyn, as well as our Prestatyn caravan holiday parks over the ghoulish weekend of festivities! 
In Abergele near our Winkups Park. A Halloween Disco is taking place on Thursday, October 29th from 6pm ‘til 8pm at Abergele Rugby Club. We also have our very own halloween event in the club at Lyons Winkups on the day from 7pm.
head to Prestatyn to enjoy what Artisans Collective, in conjunction with Prestatyn Town Council, have in store! They will be hosting their third annual pumpkin carving event.

If you fancy getting involved, you are more than welcome to bring your own pumpkin along. Alternatively, you can just come to see the crazy creations on show! The event is on Saturday, October 31st at the Old Library on Nant Hall Road, Prestatyn.

Prestatyn Prestatyn is not holding back this year, and there’s a host of fun things to see and do in the High Street this year! Also, visitors can meet a vast range of exotic creatures at the Scala Cinema – from lizards to tarantulas too!
There’s set to be a Red Routemaster bus which will be returning once again, running from the high street to the beach. Once 1pm comes around, the bus will be running to a ‘chilling’ event at the Ffrith. Back to the high street, the crazy spookfest continues, between 11am and 4pm. Face-painting as well as a fancy dress competition will be ready and waiting on the precinct from 2pm.
Once the night time falls, you can meet Harry Thomas at Home Bargains, where he will be leading visitors on the renowned Prestatyn Ghost Walk from 7pm. The walk will take you on a ghoulish adventure that lasts for an hour and 30 minutes. Rhyl If you fancy heading to Rhyl, then you can join Staff at SeaQuarium Rhyl for a season of witches, ghosts and eerie tales. The Spooky Spectacular will be happening right up until Sunday, November 1st with the Sea-Scary-Um event offering a safe and friendly environment for the whole family. Prepare for a feast of fun, in costume of course, alongside snakes, rats, and spider crabs. Visitors have the chance to enjoy trick-or-treat cauldrons as well as joining in with spooky story-telling, Halloween-themed crafts, and traditional Halloween Games. As part of this special Halloween event the team are also hosting an evening Torchlight Guided Tours around the SeaQuarium. These will be held on October 29th, 30th and 31st. Places are limited so you’ll need to book up in advance on 01745 344660.
