Tonight will see the start of adventure expert, and ex-SAS soldier, Bear Grylls’ new television series. The exciting three part series on ITV will see Bear doing what he does best, in some of the most remote locations across England, Scotland and Wales as he searches for some of the most spectacular locations the British Isles has to offer. The show starts in a wonderful location near our family holiday park, North Wales, and what a place to start, wouldn’t you agree? Britain’s Biggest Adventures with Bear Grylls will showcase Bear as he travels to Snowdonia to explore the rugged and unmistakable landscapes the popular location provides. Bear’s trip will follow in the pioneering footsteps of Mr Charles Darwin, as well as giving viewers an intriguing insight into the wildlife found in North Wales, from coast to countryside. Get ready to be treated to the unique setting of Cardigan Bay and watch Bear have to work on his courage as he faces up to horseshoe bats, which happen to be one of his biggest fears! Oh, and if you’re not keen on heights, you might cover your eyes when Bear takes the plunge from a cliff into the water, and then freedives some 52 feet to the ocean floor! With all this action and adventure, why wouldn’t you want to tune in? Image: Lwp Kommunikáció under Creative Commons.
