5 star ratingLast minute taking my sister and Littles away for a break. It was so much fun. Trish in customer services was fabulous, when I made an equiry before we arrive she replied straight away. The Caravan was spotless and we loved it. The staff all over the site were friendly, the shop had all what we wanted, the take away was delicious, had a ball in crazy golf, (vicky was full of information that helped our stay), loved the Character breakfast, soft play, train ride and much more. Thank you all for a fab stay.

5 star ratingcaravan crazy we stayed at lido beach again this year, the caravans are lovely, the site nicely presented but I think the cleanliness is basic. on arrival are caravan smelt musty, the shower base was full of fluff and the fridge/draws hadn't been cleaned.there was still food in the freezer and we found a pram cover and childs clothes in one of the draws! I would have thought basic cleaning would have involved checking all shelves etc.the equipment was basic and could have done with a few more implements, I tried to clean after a few days but no brush or hoover available! a small hand brush and pan was all we had. I asked someone at reception if they had a brush or hoover and she said don't worry about it! but I felt bad leaving the van in a mess, I attempted to clean but was difficult with pan and brush. we would love to come again as grandkids love this site, as we do but please improve the cleaning of these lovely vans!! that's 2 yrs we have had problems with cleanliness.
