Manor House Park is situated just 2 miles from the village of Allonby. Manor House is a family run park with excellent facilities offering a 12 month holiday season. We are close to the Northern Lakes and borders of Scotland. We enjoy fantastic views of the Lake District and Solway Firth. We are within easy reach of the M6, 38 miles from Penrith. There are a number of railway stations in the local area; Maryport, Workington & Carlisle.

Reception staff were so helpful to us and made our children feel very special they had a magical holiday making memories and we will deffinitly be coming again and again. Thank you to you all

5 star ratingFamily visit I was pleasantly surprised by this site visiting my sister in laws newly purchased plot. The site offers a lot more than I expected. There’s a bar that does food and holds entertainment nights, supermarket and chip shop plus a splash pool and lots of activities for young children.

5 star ratingRelaxing break Stayed for a mon-fri break in early march, we chose this park as a good location to explore North Wales, friendly helpful reception staff, modern spotlessly clean static van, beach access, will definitely return and recommend.

What are the site fees?

We often have promotions and offers on site fees, please contact the park directly to find out the latest offers.

How much does it cost to own a holiday home here?

Static caravan holiday homes start at £14,995. The ongoing costs are site fees and utilities (gas & electric). Unlike many parks, we do not charge water rates. The only additional cost is holiday home insurance and safety certificate testing, which is required by law.

Can I rent or sublet my caravan holiday home?

Unfortunately as an owners-only park, we do not allow subletting to third parties. Friends and family are of course welcome to use your holiday home.

Can I live in my holiday home?

Unfortunately, as a non-residential park, all holiday homes must be vacated for a short period each year. Please contact the park directly for further details.

Are your parks pet friendly?

Yes, we have selected pet-friendly areas on our park however dogs on the dangerous dogs list within the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted on any of our parks.
