Manor House Park is situated just 2 miles from the village of Allonby. Manor House is a family run park with excellent facilities offering a 12 month holiday season. We are close to the Northern Lakes and borders of Scotland. We enjoy fantastic views of the Lake District and Solway Firth. We are within easy reach of the M6, 38 miles from Penrith. There are a number of railway stations in the local area; Maryport, Workington & Carlisle.

5 star ratingPerfect for families. As a child I visited st Mary's with my parents, and have many fond memories.

In 2015 I decided to take my 4 children and niece and nephew, mainly as a nostalgic trip down memory lane. After falling in love again with st Mary's we booked a seasonal caravan plot, for the last two seasons.

We use the shower and toilet facilities due to have an older van. We have always found them clean and tidy.

The site is very well cared for by Ian, however thanks to some disrespectful people can become messy, but is cleaned promptly.

Jo on reception is a superstar, and is always on hand to help with any queries!

Ps try jo's cakes or bacon butties!

5 star ratingCaravan holiday Great quiet family holiday park friendly staff very close to beach and close to prestatyn town centre an train station very clean park kids play area very nice kids enjoyed it as well nice cafe onsite lovely breakfast not expensive either.

5 star ratingLovely week holiday Enjoyed a week in a caravan at Lido beach, cleanest van ive been in, very impressed. Lovely for walks by the sea and the town, buses and trains. Nice and quiet too. Lovely beach nearby and fun little amusement arcade.

What are the site fees?

We often have promotions and offers on site fees, please contact the park directly to find out the latest offers.

How much does it cost to own a holiday home here?

Static caravan holiday homes start at £14,995. The ongoing costs are site fees and utilities (gas & electric). Unlike many parks, we do not charge water rates. The only additional cost is holiday home insurance and safety certificate testing, which is required by law.

Can I rent or sublet my caravan holiday home?

Unfortunately as an owners-only park, we do not allow subletting to third parties. Friends and family are of course welcome to use your holiday home.

Can I live in my holiday home?

Unfortunately, as a non-residential park, all holiday homes must be vacated for a short period each year. Please contact the park directly for further details.

Are your parks pet friendly?

Yes, we have selected pet-friendly areas on our park however dogs on the dangerous dogs list within the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted on any of our parks.
