Manor House Park is situated just 2 miles from the village of Allonby. Manor House is a family run park with excellent facilities offering a 12 month holiday season. We are close to the Northern Lakes and borders of Scotland. We enjoy fantastic views of the Lake District and Solway Firth. We are within easy reach of the M6, 38 miles from Penrith. There are a number of railway stations in the local area; Maryport, Workington & Carlisle.

5 star ratingLovely site We stayed here in August 25th 2018,the caravan Lido Pearl A was spotless and very modern. The staff were very friendly and the site nice and quiet,there is a bus to their sister site if you want to attend the bars and evening entertainment. Overall a great holiday.

5 star ratingFantastic Love this place staff are so friendly and helpful caravan was very nice and clean bright and spacious plenty to do in the evening and close to all amenities Rhyl is only a mile or so and so is Prestatyn

Lots of events going on for all the family good chippy and good meals in the sports bar

All in all an excellent cheap Holiday

What are the site fees?

We often have promotions and offers on site fees, please contact the park directly to find out the latest offers.

How much does it cost to own a holiday home here?

Static caravan holiday homes start at £14,995. The ongoing costs are site fees and utilities (gas & electric). Unlike many parks, we do not charge water rates. The only additional cost is holiday home insurance and safety certificate testing, which is required by law.

Can I rent or sublet my caravan holiday home?

Unfortunately as an owners-only park, we do not allow subletting to third parties. Friends and family are of course welcome to use your holiday home.

Can I live in my holiday home?

Unfortunately, as a non-residential park, all holiday homes must be vacated for a short period each year. Please contact the park directly for further details.

Are your parks pet friendly?

Yes, we have selected pet-friendly areas on our park however dogs on the dangerous dogs list within the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted on any of our parks.
