There are no irksome restrictions, but visitors are expected to conduct themselves with due regard to the comfort and enjoyment of others. The following conditions apply to all bookings.
- The management reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time, in their opinion, the behaviour of a visitor is such that the enjoyment of others is thereby endangered.
- Should more persons occupy the accommodation than stated on the application form, the booking will be considered void, and no refund will be made for the unexpired part of the period booked.
- If the balance has not been paid 21 days prior to your holiday, the management have the right to re-let the accommodation and the deposit will be forfeited.
- The accommodation must be kept in a clean and tidy condition.
- The manager must be notified of any infectious diseases affecting visitors.
- Visitors are expected to conform with and accept the park regulations and undertake to relieve the management of all liability for accidents.
- Provisional telephone bookings will be accepted, but will be considered null and void if confirmation deposit is not received within 7 days.
Please Note: If you are likely to arrive after 6:00 pm please let us know (see application form) and we will arrange for your key to be available at the park pavilion snack bar which is open until 10:30 pm.
Rubber sheets must be brought with you to protect park bedding where necessary. Damage to bedding will be charged.
Holiday Home owners are welcome to bring well behaved
pets to any of our parks. However, pets are not permitted
in the Lyons Robin Hood chalets or holiday home rental
caravans. |
