This year is Wales’ Year of Legends and North Wales is going to see some legendary events happening throughout the year, many close to our North Wales caravan parks every month. The calendar is already packed full of fantastic entertainment your whole family is sure to enjoy. Kaiser chiefs performing near our North Wales caravan parksHave a look below to see what is coming to North Wales throughout the next few months and get your diary ready to book up some amazing events! January Wednesday 25th – Hilarious comedian Ross Noble is on tour again and will be bringing his stand-up shows to Venue Cymru at Llandudno. Tickets are still available. Friday 27th – Strictly Come Dancing star Brendan Cole is touring with his own show and will be at Venue Cymru in Llandudno on a spectacular show full of dancing and entertainment. Friday 27th and Saturday 28th – The North Wales Burlesque and Cabaret Festival returns to Theatr Colwyn in Colwyn Bay for its third year. February Tuesday 7th – Banff Mountain Film Festival World tour is coming to Llandudno and Venue Cymru for the North Wales leg of its tour. Watch amazing short films about adventures on the world’s mountains. Wednesday 22nd – Rock out with top band Kaiser Chiefs at Venue Cymru who is touring with their newest album Stay Together, which reached No. 4 on the UK album chart last year. Friday 24th to Sunday 26th – Relive the hits of the 90s at Prestatyn Sands 90’s Weekender, which will be featuring some of the top pop stars of the decade such as Blazin’ Squad, 911, East 17 and even a Kylie tribute. Sunday 26th – Something the young kids are sure to enjoy – Justin Fletcher, the man behind Mr Tumble is having a party at Venue Cymru. March Saturday 4th – Bangor Music Festival is being held at PONTIO Bangor with tonnes of fantastic contemporary musical performances happening across the whole building. Saturday 11th – Another favourite for the kids, CBeebies gardener Mr Bloom is coming to the Rhyl Pavillion with his live show. Wednesday 22nd – Previous X-Factor winner Sam Bailey will be performing her live show at Venue Cymru, coinciding with the release of her new album, Sing My Heart Out. Thursday 30th to Sunday 2nd April – One of Wales’ biggest sci-fi conventions is happening at Pwllheli. The Sci-Fi Weekender is now in its 8th year and continues to bring the ultimate sci-fi and fantasy experience. April Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th – The Welsh National Opera is performing the world-famous Madame Butterfly at Venue Cymru. This popular opera has seen many interpretations, and this show is not one to miss! Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th – The whole family is sure to enjoy an afternoon at Wales Comic Con, which returns to Glyndwr University Students Guild in Wrexham with more cosplay, signings, panels, exhibits and displays than ever before. Friday 14th and Saturday 15th – The kids will be crying with laughter at this Easter pantomime of Beauty and the Beast which stars Keith Chegwin and Basil Brush. Book tickets to the performances happening at the Rhyl Pavilion. Thursday 20th – 80s heartthrob Daniel O’Donnell will be performing live at Venue Cymru on hisSpring Tour.
